My children left for Durban this morning with my parents.
They will be gone until Tuesday. And I will admit I am a little excited about the total alone time at home. I get to do what I want in the house for 5 days. If I want to leave my towels lying around or pile dishes in the sink or not wipe up the water on the bathroom floor I dont have to (until tues morning).
I also get to sleep late, eat what I want, when I want and watch the TV shows I want (except when David is there :-p)
It also means David and I get a little alone time before he leaves for Cape Town on monday. We have been soooooo busy the last few weeks, our feet really havent touched the ground so its going to be nice to do nothing this weekend.
And they will also have loads of fun with my cousins kids. My aunts think Kiara is the cutest thing ever and Kiara laps it up and turns into a performing doll when she is there. She lives for the attention she gets when she is there!
So I may not be one of the lucky ones to actually be on leave but it is sort of a mini holiday 🙂

I so hope David and I can either get away or ship the kids off for a few days sometime before the new baby arrives!
