Tell me a story and win with #MyGoogleZA

#MyGoogleZA|HarassedMomLike everyone, I google pretty much everything. Sometimes I even google the things I shouldn’t, like the one time I googled “burny scalp” and basically the results said I would be dead by morning. I try avoid googling things that people need to study more than 5 years for.

Google obviously does come in handy though, Cameron one translated an entire Afrikaans speech using google translate and last night I googled “can I boil whole gems” – the answer is yes by the way. I was taught somewhere by someone that if you boiled them they would explode.

ANYWAY back to the point.

We needed a new dance school for Kiara a while ago and we needed one STAT, so I had a few choices, I could ask my friends or post in our local group and probably get a hundred conflicting stories or I could just google it. Not only is our current dance teacher super on the ball but she uses google to the max so her dance school came up first. Seriously guys, this was probably the second best google find. Kiara is doing so well and the move was the best thing for her.

The best find (only because it happened before the dance school) was Cameron’s swimming club. A quick google search and there they were, 5 minutes up the road, small and at times I could manage – WIN! We haven’t looked back thanks to Google!

  1. My sister and I decided to go hiking, and we ended up getting lost …So I used Google Maps which helped us to find our way back to our car (oh the car, the blessed car!) #MyGoogleZA
