Gosh today was tiring.
Firstly the little missing boy – was found. He took a taxi home and was unharmed. This story is really disturbing though. The teachers told him today they wanted to smack him for misbehaving yesterday!!!!! Its shocking that a child is blamed for an adults inadequacies!
But thankfully he was found!
My trip back from Joburg took me TWO hours – not because of the traffic but because of my CAR! Same problem as last time except today the petrol pump attendants were mean and the first 2 stations I stopped at had no water??
So I had a mini freak out. I was hot! I was lost! And my car was about to explode!
I totally forgot I was an independant STRONG single women and phoned soccer boy and shed a few tears! YES I cried and acted helpless. It was actually a rather sad display I will admit. In true soccer boy style though he was very sweet and told me I could use normal water in case of emergencies.
I did manage to eventually find a petrol station with water before my car exploded and managed to get home in one piece! Exhausted but in one piece!!!
My car goes in on Friday to be fixed (again)
But people I am still smiling!!! Life is still pretty good!

Oh this story sounds so familiar! Yes, sometimes we temporarily lose our SuperMom capes or forget we’re wearing them, but having a good support system is part of being a SuperMom, no?
I’m glad you make it through this horrible situation unscathed. And I’m sure Soccer boy loved playing the hero.
