Where do I begin

The time now is 3h45 on Monday afternoon and I have absolutely no idea where my day went. Yes of course I know where I was and what I did but it all went by in the blink of an eye! I suppose it’s true what they say that time flies when you are having fun and life is loads of fun at the moment.

There has been a lot happening so I thought an update was in order.

Jack started his new school last week Thursday and has taken to it so well. He has made friends, seems to be keeping up with the work and is not showing any signs of stress or anxiety about the move. The school is SUPER SUPER organised which I think helps to make everyone feel a lot more secure. Ramblings|HarassedMom

Emma was supposed to start on Thursday as well but she was child down with some weird tummy vibe so she stayed at home on Thursday and Friday. She started today and judging by the pics the teacher sent me she had a great day. She was very excited and happily went to her new teacher.

Both of these new situations were very stressful for me more than the kids I think so I am very glad both kids seem to be adjusting well.

I signed up with a personal trainer today and I am SO excited to start with her tomorrow. I am tired of feeling guilty about not getting to the gym because I really don’t enjoy it. It just isn’t my thing. I enjoy my yoga glass but the rest I just really don’t. So having someone come to at home where I feel comfortable is much more appealing to me. I have found a trainer who works with moms which is a double win! We start tomorrow and I will keep you all updated how it goes. I have been working with a life coach and honestly it has been amazing. She focuses a lot on visualisation and the power of positive thinking. The more I focus on this and learn about it the more I see it manifest in my life. The power of the mind is incredibly strong, few of us realise the real strength of the mind!

What is everyone up to?
